Return/Refund Policy
If the item you received is misprinted, damaged, or defective, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date. For faster processing, please have photographic proof ready — a full shot of the print/item and any detailed shots of the defect, misprint, or damage.
If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging and tags intact.
At this time, we cannot accept item exchanges or returns due to no longer wanting the product, ordering the incorrect item or size. Thanks for understanding.
Please note: We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for orders that have been marked as 'delivered' by the parcel service.
